The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce ’s 81st Annual Dinner last night celebrated the Ignition Point - the moment potential becomes progress. mma was proud to provide zoning and entitlement support, civil engineering, and surveying services for Castle Development on the new Cook Children’s Pediatrics location in Arlington. The project is part of a larger multigenerational campus that includes other developments mma has helped bring to life, including Watermere Highlands and Ennova. Together, these projects are creating a connected community where housing, healthcare, and services come together to support residents at every stage of life.
We appreciate the continued partnership with Castle Development and IREG and the opportunity to help shape another important piece of the Arlington community.

Proud to support StoneHawk Capital Partners LLC on The Crawford, a 371-unit multifamily development just south of American Airlines’ headquarters in Fort Worth.

mma provided surveying and civil engineering services for this luxury community, which features two urban-style residential buildings, a resort-style pool, and a pocket park designed to enhance the resident experience.

We truly enjoy bringing thoughtfully designed communities like The Crawford to life across North Texas.

The Anthem project in North Arlington is a great reminder that strong relationships create meaningful opportunities.

It all started well before the project itself, when Andrea Taylor, PE connected with Monica Luera of Trademark Property Company through CREW Fort Worth. What began as a conversation about careers, land development and a shared approach to projects grew into a trusted professional relationship. That connection ultimately brought mma and Trademark together on Anthem, which officially broke ground this week.

And one of the best parts? As the project came together, it naturally became the team of Madeline Milby, Valerie Arruda, Isis Hernandez, Gabriela Gonzalez, and Pamela Parker helping lead it from concept to construction. A meaningful reflection of the talent, collaboration, and leadership that made this project possible.

Congratulations to everyone involved—we're excited to see Anthem take shape!
