This living room already had the wow factors — soaring cathedral ceilings, a beautiful fireplace, and incredible natural light. Our goal was to make sure buyers didn’t miss any of it.

We selected paint colors to complement the home’s unique cabinetry and create a cohesive, elevated feel. Then we brought in a statement light fixture to draw the eye upward and highlight the stunning ceiling height — truly making it a showstopper.

To enhance the lush outdoor views, we added drapery to frame the windows and naturally pull your attention to the greenery outside. We also rearranged furniture throughout the home to improve flow and better showcase how each space can be used.

The result? A bright, balanced space that feels intentional, inviting, and unforgettable. 🏡✨
