Vintage at Arlington We have many amenities for everyone to enjoy, including our professionally decorated social room that includes a piano. Saturday only view by appointment.

Vintage at Arlington Senior Apartment Homes are luxury apartments for mature adults ages 55 and over
ℹ️: The availability of certain amenities may be affected by ongoing preventative maintenance and necessary repair work. Rosecreek senior apartments were constructed in 1999, and are conveniently located near shopping, medical facilities including a hospital, bus line and churches. We have a weight

/work out room, library, billiard room and activity room. Rosecreek has various activities run by our volunteer residents. Outside, our residents can enjoy the spectacular landscaped surroundings while walking along the pathway situated next to the ponds. The building is access controlled, serviced by one elevator and contains 76 one-bedrooms and 24 two bedroom affordable housing units. Many have private patios or decks with views of our beautiful ponds. Some of our apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications. We do have at least 15 units that are set aside for elderly disabled persons. Pet Policy:
Rosecreek Senior Apartment Homes allows a maximum of 1 cat per household. We allow a maximum of 1 dog per household. Please note: Breed restrictions apply, please call for more details. Features:
