Let’s talk about it.

Del Ray has become one of the most desirable pockets of Alexandria, Virginia thanks to its mix of charming homes, artsy aesthetic, community-oriented vibe, walkability, and access to local favorites like Matt & Tony’s Restaurant, St. Elmo’s Cafe, and al fresco festivals on Mount Vernon Avenue.

If you want to live here, you should expect to spend between $1.5M to $2M for a renovated 4-bed single-family home. Homes in this area tend to move fast, and many never even hit the public market.

That’s something Zillow can’t help you with.
But I can.
