The Lauren Kolazas Group won the Altitude Award at the awards ceremony this week! Go team!

Altitude Award goes to those who sold either at least $15M in total volume, at least 30 units, and/or earned at least $375,000 in GCI. We surpassed $20M in sales and are on track to beat that in 2024!

So proud of our all-female team. We are raising 8 kids between the 3 of us, work in a supportive environment and do an amazing job serving our clients. We can’t wait for the rest of the world to catch up with us ❤️

Congrats Myah + Jake! We had a lot of fun despite the competitive environment and consistent rain!

Before we began our search we had a long talk about how to be competitive in this market without being too risky.

Myah and Jake were educated on what they needed to do and we only had to write 2 offers in order to make them the new owners of this lovely townhome!

Fun early birthday celebration with my bestie yesterday. Somehow we managed to get together on THE MOST beautiful day in Old Town.

We strolled, got iced coffees at , had yummy tacos at and then just wandered around and talked which is our favorite activity.

So lucky to have had you in my life for 20+ years 🥰

JUST SOLD! This was a special sale as our clients were nervous about the lack of inventory, competitive Fort Hunt market and finding a home they could afford before the end of their lease.

Our team was all over upcoming listings in the area - calling our network of agents, mailing letters and reaching out to our amazing community in search of additional inventory.

It was our mission to find them the perfect home and it worked!! We had a strategy in place and were able to beat out 6 offers and ratify this home. Our lender partner was able to close the VA loan in just under 3 weeks.

And last but not least - these clients became friends and will now be our back yard neighbors! We are already planning a little gate so the kids can easily get through the fence 🥰

UNDER CONTRACT!! Another very competitive transaction! We were able to beat four other offers to secure this awesome Jefferson Manor home for our clients!

When our clients said their budget was $600k and they needed to commute to DC we immediately sent them to check out Jefferson Manor in Alexandria.

This community is made up of fee simple (meaning you can add on, change the exterior etc) duplexes. We see so much opportunity in this neighborhood!

This neighborhood is off of S Kings Highway and right across the street from the metro. We see a renaissance happening here with owners making really cool changes to expand, open kitchens, add porches etc!

We can’t wait to see how our clients make this one their own 🥰

Spring Break 2024 (break for your kids and twice as much work for you!)

We hit up NYC for 3 days and had an awesome trip. I knew idle time was our enemy so we had a pretty serious schedule.
