A little team update from Windermere Property Management North Sound!

Zoe is officially nearing the end of her 9-month residency 😉 and will soon be stepping away for maternity leave as she prepares to welcome her sweet baby!

While we’re going to miss her around the office, we’re also excited to officially welcome Kyle to our team as our new Director of Maintenance!

Kyle brings more than 12 years of hands-on construction experience, along with several years owning and operating a successful general contracting company. He’ll be bringing that experience into a brand-new role focused on proactive maintenance, quality workmanship, and taking great care of the homes entrusted to our team.

As Kyle settles into his permanent role, he’ll also be helping keep things moving while Zoe enjoys some very well-deserved time with her growing family.
