☀️🌬️ Summer HVAC Tip! Proper thermostat settings help keep your apartment comfortable and optimize system performance.

✅ Set fan to AUTO
✅ Don’t turn your AC OFF completely
✅ When away, raise the temperature slightly

If your AC isn’t cooling properly, contact our maintenance team through the resident portal.

Stay cool and comfortable! ❄️🏡
