It's been a while since I've posted, so I wanted to share a few updates regarding life at Addison Park.

The property is under new management once again.

Trash overflow continues to be a daily issue.

Broken glass remains on the ground from items that were reportedly thrown from a window during an apartment cleanout.

Residents continue to report issues with curfew violations and vandalism or interference with vehicles.

The entry gates remain inoperable.

The fitness center has still never opened.

Maintenance response times continue to be a concern, with some requests remaining unresolved for more than two months.

The pool remains closed and, over the past five years, has only been available for a small fraction of that time.

These are ongoing concerns that many residents have raised repeatedly.

Maybe if yall quit worrying ablut planting grass and put a little more effort into improving living quality for residents you wouldn't struggle to keep tenants.

At what point does AI-generated imagery used to advertise a property cross the line into false advertising?
If photos are enhanced, staged, or entirely created by AI and don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the unit, is that misleading to renters or buyers?
Should AI images be clearly disclosed the same way renderings are?
Curious where people draw the line — especially as AI becomes more common in real estate marketing. 👀🏠

A new tenant recently moved into one of the units, only to discover that their apartment floods whenever the upstairs neighbor uses the bathtub.
According to the resident in the unit above, this has been an ongoing issue and was reportedly the reason the previous tenants moved out. If this is accurate, it raises serious concerns that management may have been aware of the problem prior to leasing the apartment again.
Tenants deserve transparency, safe living conditions, and timely repairs to known maintenance issues. Situations like this highlight the importance of addressing structural or plumbing problems before re-renting a unit to a new resident.
