Some really encouraging news for buyers: Fannie Mae recently removed the 620 minimum credit score requirement for DU loans (effective November 16, 2025).

This could make homeownership possible for people who might have felt discouraged before-especially those with:
✅ Limited or thinner credit
✅ Non‑traditional credit
✅ Credit that's still being rebuilt

One thing that really helps is having our in‑house mortgage professional at available to walk people through what this actually means for their specific situation. It makes the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, and buyers can get a clearer picture of their options right away.
