Not every home is an easy “yes” from a lender. This one had actually been written off as a property that couldn’t be financed.

But my buyers saw the potential, and so did I. Careful analysis on my end and some sweat equity from both my buyers and myself, mixed with teamwork from two awesome listing agents (Shana Nash and Debbie Sellik, thank you!) and… boom. We were able to get the property into the condition needed to appraise and satisfy the lender requirements.

As of yesterday, it’s officially closed and funded.

These are the kinds of transactions that prove that real estate (and being a good agent) is about more than just opening doors or writing contracts. Sometimes it takes creativity, problem solving, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help clients get where they want to be. Congratulations to my buyers on their new home. I couldn’t be more happy for them and their family.
