Wishing a very happy Closing Day to my friends Jeremy and Kaitlin on the purchase of their new home!

Back in college, I made a spur of the moment decision to help establish a Delta Tau Delta chapter on campus. I was nervous since I didn’t know anyone else involved, but then I met Jeremy. We hit it off immediately and that friendship was a huge reason I stuck with the fraternity and even stepped into leadership roles.

Fast forward to now, Jeremy and his wife Kaitlin celebrated their wedding this past November and started their home search in December, aiming to find their dream home by February. We spent a few weeks exploring various options to understand the market and find a property with the right balance of value and features. Not only did we find the perfect home, but we also negotiated a fantastic deal under asking price with excellent terms!

I couldn’t be happier for this deserving couple as they begin this exciting new chapter in their lives. Congratulations, Jeremy and Kaitlin!

So excited for my great friends for officially selling their house yesterday! We executed a plan to not only receive multiple offers over asking price, but to also have favorable terms for them as the sellers. It happened flawlessly!

This was a big first step toward achieving their next big goal of building a house on a great piece of property that they have! It was a pleasure to assist them in such an important transaction and I’m ecstatic for them on the result of their hard work!

Wishing a happy closing day to my friends on their condo in Troy! An unexpected hospital visit couldn't stop us from our closing day!

Their condo search journey was tough, as the condo market has been highly competitive. Most condos they wanted to put offers on were selling for 15-20k over asking.
We didn't let that discourage us though and were able to get them into a condo they wanted for $15k under asking price, 6k in negoitiated closing costs, and walked into 10k of instant equity from the appraisal!

Couldn't be happier for these two on reaching their goal. Their hard work and determination paid off!

Special thanks to Pat Doyle for saving the day on this deal! If you don't know, a lot of condos are nonwarrantable if they haven't updated their insurance policies with new rules that have been recently put in place. It's always a good idea to have a great lender like Pat on your side!
