THIS right here is why I ALWAYS recommend my buyers get an inspection, even in this market where so many are waiving them.
Inspections protect you, the buyer, from having to be stuck with problems like this after closing.
Things on the surface might look really pretty, but an inspection will show you what’s underneath all that makeup!
