This transaction came with a major hurdle, but instead of walking away, we went to work. Through extensive negotiations, we were able to get the solar company to negotiate the payoff, creating a path for both buyer and seller to move forward.

The biggest lesson? Every home has a buyer. The key is finding the right buyer and structuring a deal that works for everyone involved.

Real estate isn't just about putting a sign in the yard. It's about solving problems, thinking creatively, and negotiating when others say it can't be done.
