We do not rent any homes. So if you see our sign in the yard, or a home we are marketing for sale online, just know it is NOT for rent. So use caution when you see homes listed for rent on social media sites. There are a lot of scammers out there trying to rent homes that are for sale. They are stealing our pictures from online real estate sites and posting them for rent and asking you to send deposits or rental application fees. Do not fall for it, do your research or call us if you have questions on any of our For Sale homes. It’s not just listing from our office, it’s all listings no matter the agency or agent. Use caution.
