• Homes selling MUCH faster (37 ➡️ 18 days 😳)
• More buyers jumping in (3,752 ➡️ 4,615 | +31% pending)

What this means:
Even with all the headlines…
Denver is an active market and will continue for the spring and summer season.
Homes aren’t sitting. They’re moving.

Congratulations to the Lampkin Ball family on the purchase of their beautiful home for their growing family! 🥳👏🏼🍾

We met last year on July 10th 2025 and now we have new homeowners!

We were able to grab this rare 6 bedroom 4 bath home without breaking the bank! We got a corner lot home with a backyard for the kids to run around and plenty of room for everybody to have their own space.

Sellers needed a quick closing and they felt confident we wouldn’t have hiccups with our closing. We were able to accommodate their timeline and we got everybody a win-win situation!

January 23-March 2nd: The dreaded Achilles tendon rupture happened!

Life has looked very different lately and not by choice but by circumstances out of my control!

Maybe life’s way of telling me to slow down and time to restart.

I’ve never had an injury this severe and it’s crazy how everything we do on a daily basis all of a sudden needs assistance or be done slower than usual 😅 I’ve still been able to show homes, go on appointments, hang out with friends, drive, watch new tv shows and movies, start working on new projects but this time with just one leg carrying me around.

And really I’d be losing it if it weren’t for my wife so shoutout to my wife holding it down 🫶🏼

It’s all up from here and to do those of you who have reached out and shown up, I appreciate you all and thank you for helping me get through this!

No setbacks just comebacks 🩼
