The fire is going. The stars are out. Cool mountain air and the smell of woodsmoke linger in the breeze.

The sky is clear, and you can just make out the twinkling lights of Denver in the distance.

Is this a vacation?

No. It's simply a Tuesday evening at Canyon Pines.

No traffic. No hustle. Just a glass of wine, a good fire, and an unobstructed view of the stars to put it all in perspective. 🌙

This is the place - and the backyard - that you've been building toward.

Wade Design Architects' Light of West Marin home was shaped — literally — by the sun. The home's boomerang footprint is designed so that light can reach each room from every angle.

We're soaking in the inspiration behind it. Architecture that doesn't fight the land, but rather listens to it in harmony. ☀️

June in the Colorado Rockies is a different kind of luxury. ⛰️

The days stretch long and golden. Wildflowers begin to bloom across the alpine tundra — a brief, breathtaking window that rewards those who live close enough to show up on a Tuesday morning. At Rocky Mountain National Park, Dream Lake reflects Hallett Peak in perfect stillness. Mills Lake sits quiet below the Keyboard of the Winds. These aren't weekend escapes from the city. They're your backyard.

For the adventure-minded, Vail, just 90 minutes away, transforms into one of the country's premier summer mountain biking destinations, with chairlifts swapping skiers for riders.

GoBreck's Main Street is alive with open-air dining, gold-rush history, and the Blue River running alongside for some of Colorado's most picture-perfect fly fishing.

Then there's Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, hitting its full-summer stride. Widespread Panic returns for three consecutive nights June 26–28. Trey Anastasio with the Colorado Symphony. Big Head Todd and the Monsters — Colorado royalty on Colorado's greatest stage.

At Canyon Pines, June is the moment when new residents realize: we may have actually ~undersold~ it.

This is Canyon Pines. 🌲

Homes here aren't built upon the land; they're woven into it. Every hallway, every window, every room is a frame for the landscape just outside.

Spring in Colorado doesn't wait for permission. 🌿

Residents of Canyon Pines are already outside enjoying a show no screen can replicate. Trail Ridge Road — the highest continuously paved highway in North America — winds just 90 minutes from your front door, and Rocky Mountain National Park is waking up in spectacular fashion: snowmelt rushing through Glacier Creek, wildflowers carpeting the lower meadows, and elk calves taking their first steps through Moraine Park.

For the angler, mid-May is prime time. The Big Thompson River is running clear, and fly fishing the park's wild browns and brook trout is about as close to meditative as it gets. For those who'd rather take it all in from a gondola, Keystone has already opened its summer season — scenic rides and alpine views without breaking a sweat (and excellent mountain biking if you feel like breaking one!)

And then there's Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Santana headlines at the end of the month. Alabama Shakes. Paul Simon on the horizon. World-class music in a 300-million-year-old natural amphitheater, 20 minutes from your doorstep.

This is what it means to live at Canyon Pines. Weeknights that feel like getaways. Weekends that feel like another world!

This Jackson Hole home is picture-perfect. But, it got us thinking.

While Wyoming may have the drama... Colorado has the depth.

When the ski day ends in Colorado, you're not driving an hour to the nearest great restaurant, live music, or mountain town worth exploring. You're already there. 🥂

Canyon Pines sits at the edge of one of the most accessible mountain ecosystems in the country. World-class skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort, Vail Resorts, and Keystone Resort. Red Rocks in your backyard. Boulder, Golden and Denver all within reach on a Tuesday night. And a 300-day-a-year climate that doesn't ask you to choose between winter and summer.

Jackson Hole may have set the standard for mountain luxury, but Colorado is home.

Build something this beautiful to live in year-round or retreat to when you need a breath of fresh mountain air.

The opportunity to create your dream home starts here.

The details are where great architecture lives.

The way light moves through a space. The warmth of natural wood. The way you feel right at home in a space, perhaps without knowing exactly why.

Canyon Pines is building a community with design standards that guide every home with intention, not restriction.

Reclaimed barnwood, gridded glass, and a roofline that quietly disappears into the landscape around it.

It's a perfect expression of what architecture can be when the land comes first. That same philosophy shapes every home built at Canyon Pines. Natural materials, considered design, and a commitment to building something that feels less like it was placed on the landscape and more like it grew from it.

It's the best way we can honor this once-in-a-generation land.

Pretty from above. Even better on foot. 🥾

Canyon Pines' trails were designed to move through the landscape, not over it. Lace up and see for yourself on our more than 3.5 miles (and growing) of pathways, just steps from your backyard.

Light through trees. Wood grain.

Quiet.

Some things don't need to be explained — they need to be built.
