As a show of support for the community that I was raised in, and currently still call home, I want to unequivocally state that I am here for you, with 100% pro bono services if you or anyone you know has been affected by the fires in Superior/Boulder County.
I became a real estate broker to help people who need it the most, especially as housing costs have soared beyond anyones wildest imagination. I have always put those beliefs front and center in this endeavor of mine, but now more than ever if you or anyone you know needs help getting out of your current situation because of the fire, or end up needing to move because the insurance company inevitably won’t help like they should, I am offering my listing services 100% pro bono. In addition, since on the buying side it never costs money to hire an agent, I will give my commission back to anyone that needs to find a new home and was affected by these fires.
While of course not a cure all for the situation, the last thing anyone needs going through this are fees from real estate brokers adding to the financial devastation bound to happen because of this climate catastrophe.
This was a hastily written post, so my apologies in advance for any sort of typos or grammar, but in the onslaught of thoughts and prayers I wanted to do more in hopes that this will be seen by as many as possible who may need help.
Whether you see this post today, or a year from now just know I am here to help you when the time comes if these fires have taken the unimaginable from you or someone you may know.
