Another one closed! So incredibly happy to help my clients find this cozy townhome in Westminster. Although there were a few bumps in the road, we got every item we asked for in inspection, and then we got to the closing table with ease. Just sold!! So incredibly happy for my buyers who found their dream home in Longmont. Blair and Kristin and their son Orion are the sweetest people, and I am grateful to have helped them start putting down roots in Longmont. There were some ups and downs on this one, but we got to the closing table with some tough negotiation from yours truly 😃.
