Happy Fall Friday everyone!🍂 So blessed to have assisted my cousins, Francis and Pauline, and their daughter Brie, in their home search to officially settle in Colorado! 🌞🏔🏡 This was a great experience: my first new build sale. It was fun to see the progress of the home from frame to completion. We found a beautiful 3bd/3ba with a 3-car garage and basement (so jealous) in Reunion, Colorado. Congratulations to them on their lovely home and I'm excited for them to start making many memories in it! 👨‍👩‍👧🎊

So happy for my buyer, Lauren K., on her first home!!! Lauren was one of my first friends in Colorado who I had met through soccer ⚽️ so it was an honor to be a part of her home buying journey. 🚴🏼‍♂️ Another fun ride today with Bike Friendly Arvada! Thank you to the organizers for setting this great event up! Made some new friends while riding 22.5 miles out and back on Westminster's beautiful Big Dry Creek Trail. So happy to live in an area with countless car-free trail systems! Can't wait to try this one again and explore all of the connecting trails. 🏞️
