RANCH SOLD IN RUSH, COLORADO! Congratulations to my seller for selling their family’s ranch in a tough market! However, we went under contract in 18 days on market (insane for the climate we are in), $10,000 over asking and added bonuses with easy inspections, etc.

A HUGE shout out to Rachel Hill WFG Title and her team for taking this one on! It was very unique and had a lot of challenges with title, surveys, insurance, etc but they were my “right hand man” and we worked seamlessly together to get to the finish line!

Better late than never is what I say! It’s been so crazy for real estate, summer is in full swing with sales left and right…but wanted to share this!
