We're excited to welcome Shayla West-Urban to the Timberline Farms team! As our newest Floating Leasing Professional, Shayla will be supporting our communities across the Confluence Communities portfolio with her positive energy and dedication to exceptional resident experiences.

When she's not helping future residents find their next home, Shayla is reaching for new heights—literally! She recently enrolled at Metro State University, where she's pursuing a degree in Aviation and Aerospace Science.

Originally from Maryland, Jason now proudly calls Colorado home. When he's not helping future residents find the perfect place to call home, you'll likely find him exploring the mountains, hiking scenic trails, and making the most of Colorado's incredible outdoors.

Jason enjoys an active lifestyle and values spending quality time with family and friends. He's also a proud science fiction enthusiast who loves getting lost in great books, movies, and TV shows. Whether it's chasing adventure in the mountains or exploring new fictional worlds, Jason brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a positive attitude to everything he does.
