September might be one of the tastiest months to live in Colorado. 🍑🌽🌶️
Palisade peaches are still hanging on, Olathe sweet corn is everywhere, melons are coming out of the fields, and the smell of roasting green chiles is basically Colorado’s unofficial announcement that fall is on the way.
One of my favorite things about living here is how much incredible food is grown right here in our state.
So before we trade farmers markets for pumpkin spice everything, I’m taking full advantage of Colorado’s harvest season. 😄
Now for the important question:
🍑 Palisade peaches
🌽 Olathe corn
🌶️ Pueblo chiles
🍈 Colorado melons
