That’s a wrap on this one in Arvada. Where there was once two little windows, there is now one big window! Not only does it meet our egress code, but it brings in a ton of natural light. The stair design turned out great and I absolutely love the finishes that were picked! We also redid the bathroom upstairs; turning a 3x3 shower into a comfortable 3x6 with a recessed bench and barn style door. Again, the finishes are amazing. What a fun project.
