Inspections aren’t about finding a “perfect” house.
They’re about understanding what you’re actually buying.
Every home has quirks. Every home has maintenance items. Most homes have at least a few things that show up on an inspection report.
The goal isn’t to avoid every issue. The goal is to avoid surprises.
I’ve seen buyers learn about simple fixes, negotiate repairs, plan for future projects, and move forward confidently because they had the right information.
I’ve also seen what happens when people assume everything is fine without taking a closer look. A home inspection won’t make the decision for you, but it will help you make a better one.
What questions do you have about the inspection process?
