Our team gave this already character-filled Olde Town Arvada home a lift and a tuck! Sun bathed windows and a fortuitous skylight in what used to be a bedroom became inspiration.

Our design lead Kristin Hinkson brought in a light, bright palette and added pops of matte black in floor tiles & backsplash + show stopping gold fixtures. We’re smitten and we know some lucky new homeowners will be as well!

This mid century modern stunner was what we would call an absolute Covid WIN! We staged this beauty from top to bottom and it hit the market in April 2020 when the world was shut down. Selling properties sight unseen through photos alone is no easy feat, but even less for unique properties at a higher price point. Low and behold, beautifully executed staging and photography and the agent's marketing skills brought not just one, but multiple site unseen offers on this property for our repeat clients, and ultimately an OVER LIST PRICE sale. We’re very excited to announce the addition Amy Patterson Horton to the Tower Staging team!

An Arvada native and industry vet who previously owned her own staging company, Amy will be an excellent asset to our team. She comes from a family of developers and custom home builders, and is well-versed in the ins and outs of the industry - including having designed multiple homes herself!

A long time educator, Amy loves skiing, interior design and reading and is passionate about humanitarianism. She also works as the North Area Coordinator for the Severe Weather Shelter Network, working to house Denver Metro area homeless during severe cold.

We’re thrilled Amy has decided to join us and her expertise in staging, design and planning makes her the perfect addition to Tower Staging!
