Does it cost more to green build vs. conventional build? Each of our 28 homes here cost ~$20-$35K extra, which resulted in a 70% energy efficiency improvement per household (as tracked over the past five years).

Maybe "grouping home rebuilding projects" could save 10% on costs, and builders in Louisville/Superior should consider the concept.

Close to our neighborhood, we are relieved that City Council voted against this Amazon facility.

Back in February, we shared the article about Geos resident Dar-Lon Chang and his decision to quit working for ExxonMobil, as the company refused to address climate change in any meaningful way.
