🏡 Closing day is finally here!

Today, Sherri and John completed their pre-close walkthrough of their gorgeous Emerald Lake home in Trailstone, and what a journey it's been!

From choosing their lot and personalizing their options to checking in on progress throughout the build, they were involved every step of the way. Zach and I loved helping guide them through the process and watching their dream home come to life.

Today they met their warranty representative, Steven, completed their final walkthrough, and signed off on their beautiful new home before heading to the closing table to get their keys! 🔑✨

This may not be their first new construction home, but it's their first Taylor Morrison home, and we're honored they trusted us with this exciting life chapter.

One of the sweetest parts of today was reading their survey feedback:

Building a home from 1,700 miles away takes a lot of trust. 🏡

Joe and April are relocating from New York to Colorado, and today they got to walk through their new Taylor Morrison "Maroon Bells" plan while it’s being framed and see all the progress in person!

Since they can’t exactly swing by the homesite whenever they want, we send them weekly construction updates and photos so they can watch their new home come to life from New York.

But the best part of their move has nothing to do with the house...Moving to Colorado means Joe and April will get to be close to their kids and grandkids, and they could not be more excited about that. ❤️

Today they got to walk through the rooms they’ve previously only seen on a floor plan, enjoy the views toward Standley Lake from the lot they chose, and picture the life they’re going to have here with their family nearby.

This is one of my favorite parts of new home sales. It’s never really just about the house. It’s about why someone is making it home.

Can’t wait to keep watching this one come together, Joe and April!
