One reason for buying a home is so you can totally customize your space. It's important to enjoy and love the space you live in, inside and out! Here are a few tips to maximize your patio vibes this summer:

☀️ - Add a rug. This is an easy way to elevate an outdoor space and bring in fun colors or design elements.
🌻 - Lights!! Lights are usually the answer inside or outside. Globe lights can create an awesome atmosphere and will allow you to enjoy your space even after the sun goes down.
☀️ - Plants! Plants will help your space feel tied together and complete. You can even add functional plants like herbs or garden veggies.
🌻 - Shade. This piece is super important in sunny Colorado. If you have a gazebo, pergola, or covered patio, you can take your space to the next level with flowy outdoor curtains.
☀️ - Flat surfaces. This can be a table, ottoman, or decorative pieces next to your chairs. You will want somewhere to set your book, drink, or snacks while you're outside.
🌻 - Fun seating. Think outside of the box. Traditional patio furniture is great, but swings and hammocks are FUN! Find a way to mix it up.
