Welcome home to these new homeowners!
This one was tough—but so worth it.

We started our home search back in October 2025. Between private tours and open houses, we saw around 20 homes (maybe more… I honestly lost count!). And it wasn’t just looking—we put in several offers along the way.

With each one, we got closer.
Three times we were told we were the #2 offer… which is honestly one of the most frustrating places to be. But each experience helped us refine our strategy and come back stronger.

Then this home.

We came in strong—top offer and well (well!) over asking. Finally, we were #1… until we weren’t. Another agent went directly to the seller’s attorney, and suddenly we were told we were #2 again.

Absolutely not! I was not going to let that happen.

With the help of Andrew Krantz, our buyer’s attorney, and through multiple calls, strategy sessions, and persistence, we fought our way back and secured the #1 position where we belonged. Huge thank you to Andrew, who in my opinion was the MVP of this transaction.

And just when we thought we were at the finish line… closing day came and went due to a title issue the seller had to resolve through the Monmouth County court system.

So, we waited.

Thank you to Caroline Raimondi and her team at Kelly Title for realizing the issue and staying on top of it as the problem was being corrected. After more than a 2-week delay past the contracted closing date… the day finally came.

I’m incredibly grateful to these buyers for trusting me through every step of this journey—the ups, the setbacks, and everything in between. Their patience, resilience, and willingness to keep going made all the difference.
