100%+ RETURN! REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY!
Friends, a little less than 6 months ago we raised $1MM from investors. Today, we have delivered returns in excess of 100%, and generated so much interest that we’ve had to defer investor interest. Now, we are looking to initiate our next capital raise: the Olena 25 Fund.
The Olena 25 Fund is a $3MM capital raise for all investors that were unable to place money with us during our last offering. This money will deployed in manufactured housing communities across our core markets, with the goal to deliver returns in excess of 100% within the first 12 months.
Placing money with Olena is investing with a Top 100 largest owner/operator of manufactured housing in the US, and the second largest in NY State alone. We are vertically integrated mobile home movers, mobile home installers, general contractors, and excavators. Our ability to control costs, add value, and operate properties efficiently is what allows us to deliver these types of returns to investors.
