I am am Very concerned about real estate fraud on facebook market place, I receieved a call about a rental I have listed in MLS. It is listed on facebook market place by a person claiming to be a landlord at a price of 2K per month. The real price is 3500 per month. He is collecting $50 from unsuspecting tenants for an application fee. Fraud.
