Congratulations to my first time home buyer! He looked and waited a long time for the right property and even thought about settling a couple times. When this property came on the market we knew it could be the one and rushed to see it that night. We felt pretty intimidated because this was the hottest listing I have ever shown! There were at least 10 other buyers looking at it at the same time! I told my client to shoot his best shot and see what happens. And here we are today, CLOSED! 👏🏼

You know what they say, location location location! They waited a long time for this location and a decent home to come along! I’m sure they were discouraged at times wondering if the right place would come along or not in time to bring their coming baby boy home to, but God knew and He provided just in time!
Plus, this place has the perfect climbing tree for their little boy with plenty of branches to hang a swing or two from as well 🥰.
So many precious memories to look forward to in your new home!

Full circle moment! This couple was my very first closing just a few days shy of 3 years ago! They told me then about their 5 year plan but here they are making it happen 2 years ahead of time! I had so much fun getting to know this couple and am so happy to call them friends! It only took 4 showings for them to find the ONE, but they were 4 showings for the books because we had so much fun!

We forgot to get a picture so I stole this from our previous closing and this post is now a week late. 🤪
After nearly 44 years living on their farm across the road from me, they can now say that chapter is closed for better or for worse. I was honored to be chosen to guide and help them through it 🥰.
