Not only did I help this sweet homeowner buy this home years ago, but I also had the honor of helping them sell it as they start a new chapter in life. One of my favorite parts of this job is when past clients come back to me through all of life’s changes.

Why does this matter? Because Vantage scores are often higher for many buyers, which could help more people qualify for homeownership! 👏

Everyone keeps saying “AI is going to replace Realtors.”

AI can give you general information. It can explain what a mortgage is or list steps in the home buying process. But it can’t price your home correctly in your specific market, negotiate thousands of dollars on your behalf, spot red flags, or guide you through inspections, appraisals, and closing.

Don’t get me wrong, technology can be great, and I use it every day. But real estate is still a human business.

Buying or selling a home isn’t just clicking buttons online, it’s strategy, negotiation, and knowing how to protect your clients when things get complicated. ChatGPT can’t replace a good realtor.
