Guess what!?!?!?!

FICO no longer rules your Credit!

The government has announced that government backed loans (such as FHA) will be able to use Vantage in the place of FICO for credit scores!

This change is important as Vantage scores are often higher than FICO. This will open up the chance to buy a house to more people! What an amazing opportunity!!

Message me for a lender who has already been preparing for this change!

This was a special transaction. My very first transaction was this house in 2023. I helped my sister find this home. Then I had the privilege of helping her sell it last year as she started on her new journey.
