Congrats to my buyers Kelsey and Larry!
They knew what they wanted and had a tight budget to work with. Through the months there was only one home that seemed to have any potential for them at all that they decided not to offer on.
Kelsey was getting very discouraged all the disappointing homes we saw that weren’t right for their family, but assured her we would find it and would happen when it was meant to
They ended up with exactly what they were looking for at a great price. Not only that, but the seller was extremely generous with all the extra work they put into the house to make it ready for them

A huge congrats to Erin and Brian for closing on their new house today!
We’ve been getting their current home ready to sell and weren’t planning to offer on anything until we at least had the current home live.
Then this house came up. They had a feeling this could be it.
We saw it as soon as it went live. They made it clear this one was it and were willing to do whatever it took to win it!
They got a family member to co-sign their loan to qualify with our selling their current home first and will refi them off once the have the proceeds from their current place
They figured out the loan and I made sure the offer was unbeatable
They showed up with a U-Haul to closing and started moving stuff in as soon as the docs were signed😂.

We met a few years ago through a mutual friend
She messaged me recently saying she wanted to own a place but was overwhelmed with all the information she was getting and wasn’t sure that she could make it happen
We got on a call and after a few questions I told her she was an ideal client and I could make her a home owner by the end of the month if the right place came available
Turns out there was a property she had been eyeing and we made it happen

She contacted me after debating along time about selling her mother’s house who bought it all the way back in 1965!
It was the house she grew up in who now never easy for anyone
She didn’t want to invest a lot of time and money into it. Just wanted it to be done. I guaranteed her I would work hard to make it as easy as possibly for her and that’s what I did.
We received over 30 offers and sold $100k over asking to an all cash offer!

We found a place that was at the very top of her budget, but managed to get an awesome deal on it and make it comfortably affordable for her
