📊 What we are seeing on the contracts that came in to Vesta in the last week:

A slight decrease in the number of contracts with buyer broker compensation, however still a majority choosing that option.

We're seeing the financing contingency more now, than earlier in the month, and home inspections were in the majority of contracts we opened last week.
