Sometimes selling a home isn’t simply about moving. It comes because life has changed and it’s time for a new chapter. 🏡❤️

A lot of people think real estate is about getting a home prepped for sale, putting it on the market, getting it under contract and heading to closing.

What they don’t see are all the moving parts behind the scenes to hold a transaction together when unexpected challenges arise. And this one had its share of twists and turns that could have stopped it in its tracks.

The Condo is officially in the shop now, but here’s your PSA: get a Battery Block for every vehicle you own! 🔋

Seriously, SO much easier than jumper cables…no second car needed and you can get yourself back on the road in minutes.

One of those things you don’t think you need… until you really, really need it. 😂
