Congrats to my Sellers! He had his property rented out for a few years and decided to sell. I went to see the home to let him know what he needed to do to prepare the home for sale. I also helped him by sending my contractor to the home to give him a quote to make the home market ready. After the home was fully repainted along with other repairs, I had the photos done with virtual staging (since it was vacant) and got it on the market. We received an offer the very first day!
