What room most makes you go --- this is the one for me?? Is it the kitchen? The owner's suite? The family room?

It's funny how I can pick this up from my clients---especially couples. For one, it might be all about that primary bathroom. For the other, the layout and flow of the kitchen is where they won't compromise. The difference between "must have" and "nice to have."
