The Fed voted unanimously to raise rates 25 basis points, and average 30-year mortgage rates spiked to near 7%. That's obviously hurting affordability, and transaction volumes are down as a result. Silver lining? Buyers have a lot more homes to choose from, and sellers are showing greater willingness to negotiate.
