Nancy was born and raised in Long Island, NY and has lived in Loudoun County for over 30 years. She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Materials Engineering and a minor in Management. In her last corporate position, she served as Senior Manager in the Corporate Real Estate Group where she negotiated capital leases and space for internet data centers and sales offices arou
nd the world. With her business experience in contractual work, her attention to detail and her negotiating experience on 5 different continents gives her clients an advantage during the contracts and negotiation phase of the real estate process. She also notes her engineering background helps her assist her clients to identify and understand what they are looking for when buying a home. Nancy prides herself on the amount of time she takes with each client, explaining the selling and buying process so they feel comfortable in each and every step along the way, whether it be selling their home and/or buying their dream home. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods and schools in Loudoun County. She has two children who attended Loudoun County Public Schools and was an active volunteer in the PTA, and the Athletic Booster Club-- but the volunteering she enjoyed the most was her time spent as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader.
