I’m seeing this A LOT lately… and I need to say something.

So many sellers are trying to “save money” by using discount brokerages or going FSBO (For Sale By Owner)… thinking they’re being smart by avoiding commission.

But here’s the truth 👇
You’re not saving money if you’re leaving MORE money on the table.

Let’s break it down:
If you have a $500K home and you choose a discount agent charging 1% instead of a full-service professional at 2.5%… it feels like you’re saving money.
But what if that decision costs you $30K… $50K… or more in your final sales price?

A skilled, experienced agent doesn’t discount themselves—because what they bring to the table is what MAKES you more money: ✨ Strategic pricing

✨ Professional marketing
✨ Maximum exposure
✨ Creating competition
✨ Negotiation expertise

More buyers = more offers
More offers = stronger terms
Stronger terms = higher net in YOUR pocket

I personally helped a buyer purchase a FSBO home for $740,000.
