Okay, let’s get real! Everything has increased, fuel, energy, food and we hear a lot about these increased costs of living, with the term recession used.
I started my career in Real Estate in 2007, I cannot tell you what a challenging Market that was. My connections with Asset Managers, Loss Mitigation Departments, Cash for Keys, was the unfortunate norm. I decided to pursue my Designations in CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and I’m so glad I did. Our Group at KFH, Katherine Forno Homes, has earned the knowledge in this arena.
One thing that DOES appreciate in our current Market, is the value of Home Ownership. Corelogic numbers are statistics ~ in the current economic environment, Home Ownership creates a safety net, against inflation!!! So why are you waiting?

Are you wondering what a recession could do to home values? Historical data proves an economic slowdown doesn’t mean prices will fall. In 4 of the last 6 recessions, home prices actually appreciated.
