Congratulations to my buyers! Much of their search was done virtually, as they are currently living in London. I appreciate their trust in me (and I appreciate the benefits of modern technology😅) We viewed nearly 30 homes and submitted 3 offers before finding The One (including an offer on a house that had 17 offers total - the Burke/Springfield market is🔥)! As it always happens though, this home is truly the best fit, and I’m so happy for them!

It’s realtor awards szn🏆which I unabashedly indulge in. I don’t think any agent should shy away from tooting their own horn - the work we do is HARD! But in an effort to spare you multiple horn tooting posts of my own, I’ve consolidated them all into one post😄
