Today my heart is FULL💗

Just days after celebrating the successful sale of my clients’ home in the Wentworth Green community… we are now celebrating the purchase of their new home.🎉

And what a journey it has been.

We began our conversation in December with a clear vision and a very short timeline. In just two weeks, we strategically prepared their home for market — and while similar homes in their neighborhood were taking around 45 days to go under contract, theirs was under contract in only 5 days!

That is the power of preparation, precision marketing, and intentional strategy.
