Settlement week! 🎉

A Tale of Two Houses -

Earlier this spring my clients said they wanted something a little more urban with more walkability than what their gorgeous home in Raspberry Falls offered. After a few months of writing on properties that just weren't the right fit we came across a magical unicorn of an elevator townhome and they fell in love.

The market is very, let's just say it, weird, right now with some properties moving very quickly and other properties sitting. My clients needed to sell their home first, which can be challenging. The listing agent understood the dilemma and her wonderful clients agreed to a home sale contingency, which is almost unheard of in this market.

After almost 30 days on market, we ratified and were moving onto settlement. Every real estate transaction is like a snowflake, with no two alike, and this one was no different, with a few twists and turns in the process.

Fast forward to this week, with my clients overjoyed to be moving into an impeccably maintained home in the neighborhood they love.

What am I most grateful for? Always for the clients who trust me to guide them along this journey.
