Why do I love living in Loudoun County? The amazing restaurants!

I recently visited Urbano Modern Italian in Cascades, and it was a reminder of how many incredible locally owned businesses we have here in Loudoun County.

Urbano was opened by a local husband-and-wife team during COVID β€” which is impressive in itself β€” and today it continues to draw a packed crowd thanks to its warm atmosphere, homemade pasta, and thoughtful dining experience.

I especially enjoyed the trofie pasta with pomodoro sauce, fresh ciabatta bread with pesto, and their elderflower mint spritz.

Supporting local restaurants like this is one of the many reasons I love calling Loudoun County home.

Why do I love living in Loudoun County? The amazing restaurants!

There’s a fun debate in our house, BKD Bagels or Baked Bagels, but no debate about how GOOD this place is.

Now open in Brambleton, BKD Bagels brings fresh, homemade bagels, delicious sandwiches (the β€œHey Girl, Hey” is a must-try), coffee, and even mimosas.

It’s the perfect spot to meet friends, grab brunch, or try something new locally.
