Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new property today! After 6 long months of hard work, obstacles, negotiations, and everyone staying committed to the process, we finally made it to the closing table.
This deal was well worth the wait. I was able to negotiate the purchase price $55,000 below the original list price, allowing my buyers to walk into this property with over $70,000 in equity on Day 1. Opportunities like this don’t come around every day, and I’m beyond excited for them.
