What does a good real estate agent actually do for you in Asheville?
A lot of the value is invisible.
It’s knowing when a small issue could turn into an expensive one, when a conversation needs to happen now instead of tomorrow, and when protecting your client matters more than keeping a deal moving.
The smoothest transactions usually aren’t smooth because nothing went wrong.
They feel smooth because someone was paying attention early, asking the right questions, and handling problems before they became your problems.
That’s the part of representation I want buyers and sellers to look for.
