NC REALTORS® Disaster Relief funds now available to WNC homeowners!

NC Realtors® is making $625,000 in grants available for Western North Carolina homeowners impacted by Hurricane Helene, with $1,000 available for each qualifying household.

The NC REALTORS® Disaster Relief fund is getting $500,000 from the Realtors® Relief Foundation and $125,000 from the NC Realtors® Housing Foundation.

One application is allowed per household. Also, applicants will need to supply identification, proof of ownership or a mortgage, and photo evidence of damage.

Assistance is available to qualified applicants towards one of the following options: 1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the Disaster or; 2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Disaster or; 3) Hotel reimbursement due ....
